On a base of quality Assam tea, we find here a blend of 5 well-chosen and well-balanced citrus fruits. After infusion, the leaves show a beautiful appearance, consistent with a high grade of picking, especially for a flavored tea. On the palate, the tea is also powerful and very present, as one would expect from an Assam. The citrus blend brings sweetness and indulgence to the infusion, for a very successful general impression. There is balance and a very real length in the mouth. A tea that will suit both brunch and evening tea time.

Ingredients: Assam FTGFOP1 black tea*, Calabrian bergamot peel*, lemon peels*, orange peels*, cornflower blossoms*, natural flavoring of bergamot, mandarin, blood orange, grapefruit & lemon. (* From Organic Farming )

Preparation for this hot tea: Infuse 2g for 100ml of filtered water at 80° for 3 to 4 minutes.

Prepare this iced tea: Infuse 2 tablespoons in 1.5L of Volvic or filtered water at room temperature. Place your container in the refrigerator and let it infuse for 3 to 6 hours. when the infusion is ready, filter the leaves using a tea strainer or by slowly transferring the liquor into another container. So! it's ready to eat.

Tips:

- You can add ice cubes, but it's optional, this will keep your iced tea cold, but on the other hand will dilute it, reducing its intensity significantly.

- Iced tea can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
