We go to pick the herbs in the garden, we find a beautiful full-bodied Assam on its way and we end up with a gourmet black tea that will delight us all year round! Aromatic herbs and lemon bring a great lightness to this tea. On the nose, you can smell the thyme. In the mouth, it is ultimately very balanced. The tea itself is very present and that's good. The herbs produce a surprising and tasty impression of freshness. The length in the mouth is remarkable thanks to the fine quality of the Assam tea. A real pleasure, in all seasons!

Ingredients: Assam Jamguri FTGFOP1 * black tea, wild thyme from Auvergne *, rosemary from Auvergne *, natural flavor, lavender from Auvergne *, lemon peel * (* From organic farming)

Preparation for this hot tea: Infuse 2g for 100ml of filtered water at 75° for 3 to 5 minutes.

Prepare this iced tea: Infuse 2 tablespoons in 1.5L of Volvic or filtered water at room temperature. Place your container in the refrigerator and let it infuse for 3 to 6 hours. when the infusion is ready, filter the leaves using a tea strainer or by slowly transferring the liquor into another container.

Tips: 

-  You can add ice cubes, but it's optional, this will keep your iced tea cold, but on the other hand will dilute it and reduce its intensity significantly.

-  Iced tea can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
