" A warm and charming rooibos "

There are two types of rooibos here: green and red, for alternately vegetal or more robust notes. Associated with citrus fruits and some spices, we therefore have a must-have for the whole year, all day. We will of course think of winter evenings, conducive to such flavors, but we also imagine very well this frozen rooibos to refresh us when the heat returns. The notes produced are dominated by citrus fruits but the spices are present. The rooibos itself is excellent and participates fully in the whole. The fine bitterness of the orange peel prolongs the notes in the mouth. In the end, we remain on a very positive impression and we will enjoy tasting this infusion as often as possible!

Ingredients: Supergrade red and green rooibos*, orange peel*, cinnamon*, red pepper*, blueberry*, natural flavor (* From Organic Farming)

Preparation for this hot tea: Infuse 2g for 100ml of filtered water at 80° for 4 to 5 minutes.

Prepare this iced tea: Infuse 2 tablespoons in 1.5L of Volvic or filtered water at room temperature. Place your container in the fridge and let it steep for at least 2 hours. when the infusion is ready, filter the leaves using a tea strainer or by slowly transferring the liquor into another container. So! it's ready to eat.

Tips:

- You can add ice cubes, but it's optional, this will keep your iced tea cold, but on the other hand will dilute it, reducing its intensity significantly.

- Iced tea can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
