Description: This tea is produced with the very first Taiwanese tea bushes planted in Doi Mae Salong in the 1970's.

An unusal green tea made in tight balls with very bright aromas.

Preparation: 2g per 10cl, 90 degrees water, infuse for 4 minutes

Located 1,500 metres high in the mountains of North-Thailand, a small community of chinese ancestry is producing world-class teas. Formerly the headquarters of opium production, the village of Doi Mae Salong is now the center of tea production in Thailand.

This tea is certified organic "Organic Thailand", the strict certification body guaranteeing agriculture practices free of pesticide use.
