Fukamushi Medium Steam Saemidori BIO

First harvest sencha Fukamushi tea produced in Kirishima, Kagoshima by the Nishi family with the cultivar Saemidori. It is a medium steam, so steaming, steaming before rolling and drying, takes a little longer than usual. The leaves have a powdery appearance, the liquor is an intense green with a deposit at the bottom of the cup.
