Our Kasha, roasted buckwheat seed, is produced in Brittany, in Sérent near Vannes by a small family business producing Buckwheat in all its forms. The difference between Kasha and Sobatcha lies in the preparation of the seed by the farmer. Kasha is the hulled and roasted buckwheat seed, but the skin is not polished, and more raw.

Buckwheat seed infusion is a traditional Japanese drink made from roasted and roasted buckwheat grains. Buckwheat grains are toasted to give a nutty, grainy flavor to the drink. Then they are soaked in hot water to infuse their aroma.

Buckwheat seed infusion is popular in Japan due to its many health-promoting properties. It is rich in antioxidants, fiber, B vitamins and minerals like iron and magnesium. Plus, it's caffeine-free, making it a healthy alternative to tea and coffee for those looking to reduce their caffeine intake.

Prepare hot: Infuse 2g for 100ml of filtered water at 95° for 5 minutes.
