SENCHA YABUKITA KIRISHIMA ORGANIC CERTIFIED
Sencha harvested in spring 2023 in Kirishima near Kagoshima in southern Japan. It was produced with the Yabukita cultivar. It was shaded 2 to 3 days before harvesting which gives it umami flavors.
It is an excellent tea with vegetable flavors and a lot of balance that you can infuse without falling into bitterness, and that you can re-infuse several times.
Infusion advice: 70 degrees, 1mn 30s, 1.5g per 10cl
