SENCHA BENIFUKI HIOKI ORGANIC CERTIFIED
Spring 2023 sencha produced in Hioki near Kagoshima in southern Japan with the Benifuki cultivar.
The Benifuki cultivar is well known for its high levels of antioxidants and high EGCG content, these antioxidants are usually quite bitter, but for this tea there is a very good balance, so it is an excellent ratio for a healthy tea and tastefully interesting.
Infusion advice: Water at 70 degrees, 1.5g per 10cl, 1mn and 30s of infusion.
